A leading health care organization is seeking a Manager of Research Clinical Support Operations in Denver. The role requires overseeing nursing support for clinical trials, managing interdisciplinary teams, and executing departmental goals. Qualifications

• Current RN license is preferred.
• Ability to manage an interdisciplinary team for clinical trials.
• Experience with clinical trial databases is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing support for early phase research team.
• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day activities of Phase II/III research nurses.
• Define and execute departmental goals and ensure compliance.

Skills

Knowledge of oncology/research operational and clinical proficiency

Knowledge of good clinical practices (GCP)

Proficiency with computer systems

General knowledge of research regulatory guidelines

Education

Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred
