We are looking for a results oriented field based Manager of Clinical Support with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel. The ideal field-based Manager of Clinical Support executes quarterly objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful recruitment, retention and engagement of our clinical team members (Nurse / Medical Assistant / Phlebotomists) throughout the region they support, consistent with Oak Street Health’s mission. This individual collaborates with stakeholders regionally and centrally, including the central VP of Nursing, to ensure alignment on initiatives, clear priorities, and consistent communication throughout the region, in order to achieve targets. The field-based Manager of Clinical Support plays an integral role in the field Leadership Team of their respective region to ensure all aspects of the business are aligned with quality nursing care, optimal patient outcomes, and excellent patient experience.

The typical pay range for this role is: $78,331.00 - $168,714.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
