The role requires solid clinical operations experience, leadership, and the ability to prioritize competing demands while ensuring compliance and quality across trial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Experience in managing clinical teams and understanding Clinical Research Associate requirements.
• Clinical Research Associate experience is required.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

• Experience in managing clinical teams, with a solid understanding of Clinical Research Associate requirements
• Clinical Research Associate experience required

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a keen focus on optimizing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
