Job summary

University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks a Manager-Clinical Nutrition to oversee daily nutrition operations for inpatient and outpatient services at the Main Campus in Jackson. You will develop, implement and maintain high-quality nutritional care.

Ideal candidates are Registered Dietitians with CDR certification and at least three years of experience, with strong leadership, budgeting and compliance skills to guide service delivery and staff development.

• Stays abreast of new and emerging trends in the practice of dietetics.
• Provides support, guidance, training and mentoring to dietetic staff.
• Serves as preceptor for dietetic interns.
