Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System in Cleveland is seeking a Manager Clinical Nutrition to lead our nutrition team on the Main Campus. You will oversee clinical dietitians and staff, drive nutrition initiatives, and ensure policy compliance within a world-class health system.

The role follows a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no weekends. A strong clinical background in nutrition and leadership experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• Current RD certification (registered dietitian).
• Current Ohio license to practice dietetics (LD).
• Three years of experience as a practicing dietitian in a clinical setting.
• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience with proven ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory standards and handling humanresourceissues.
• Participate as a CHN management team member to assist in long-range planning.
• Carry out strategic clinical nutrition initiatives for the health system.
• Supervise assigned personnel including Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Technicians, and Clinical Assistants.

A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with no weekends or holidays required.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Master’s degree in nutrition,dietetics,or relatedfield.
• Completion of an Academy Nutrition and Dietetics-approved dietetic internship (or equivalent dietitian-qualifying experience) and current certification as a registered dietitian (RD).
• Current license to practice dietetics in the State of Ohio (LD).
• Three years of experience as apracticing dietitianin a clinical setting.
• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience with proven ability to lead the workofothers.

Physical Requirements:

• A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC; normal or corrected vision to normal range; extensive sitting and frequent walking; occasional lifting or carrying 5 to 15 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
