• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; justifies needs for systems/equipment purchases.
• Supports special projects and business analysis; manages healthcare technology installations and upgrades.
• Evaluates needs for upgrades or changes to existing systems and recommends cost-effective solutions.
• Work requires critical thinking, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Manages the daily operations of the department or assigned area/function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, professional development and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.

Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.

Supports special projects and business analysis as requested. Manages healthcare technology installations, conversions, and upgrades. Evaluates need for upgrades or changes to existing systems and recommends cost-effective solutions.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
