Job Summary

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle various challenges, including staffing, compliance, and budgetary issues. As a manager of people, this role is responsible for supervising a team and optimizing operations within a designated department or area, ensuring productivity and effective team management.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Customer Service

• Ensures that a positive working relationship exists with physicians, patients, families and other staff in order to promote positive customer service and patient satisfaction.

Performance Competency

• Maintains competency by attending required in-services, annual review, earns at least 8 contract hours per year.

Regulatory Knowledge

• Understands and practices standards of care, policies and procedures established by the deparment/clinic.
