PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Physical Therapist Manager for a position at our Hilton Head Island, South Carolina clinic. The role focuses on evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover, across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.

You will lead as Clinic Manager, delivering evidence-based care and developing treatment plans while fostering community relationships and driving clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referral generation, increased visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
