Providence is seeking a Clinic Manager II to provide leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems across multiple clinics, ensuring cost-effective and quality operations and an optimal patient experience.

You will lead the integration of care and clinical practices in support of the mission and values, with a focus on collaboration across teams at Express Care OR-Interstate Portland.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in healthcare, physician practice management and/or clinical operations.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years Experience in healthcare, physician practice management and/or clinical operations.

• 4 years Managerial experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Health-related field or business. Or 4 years of progressively responsible clinic experience will be accepted.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
