Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead a diverse retail team and act as a brand ambassador. You will coach the floor, drive an elevated client experience, and equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge to grow the client base.

This role requires at least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

About the role:

We are looking for a Manager, Client Development who will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal team and clients. They will play a crucial role for driving the business, coaching, and managing a diverse team, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

Position Logistics:

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,400 through $130,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
