• The manager of Change Management and Leadership Development is a key role in achieving the third element of reaching our goal.
• This team member will be responsible for ensuring our leaders in Tech Ops are equipped with training and developmental tools and support to move our operation into a results-driven mindset, understand the navigation through the changes ahead and to ensure our pipeline of leaders meet those expectations.

What you'll do

• Manages team of station-centric change agents (regional).
• Collaborate with Tech Ops Sr Manager and Director (MD as required) to instill and reinforce leadership skills training for supervisors and first-level managers.
• Coordinate on-site support for system use compliance (e.g. LMO, APC) for crew chiefs and AMTs.
• Sets standards for Performance dashboard use with Sr. Managers, Directors and MD’s in the region.
• Sets standards for use of Performance Hub for structured mentoring program with 1st level Managers and Supervisors.
• Collaboration with Op Ex team to identify processes that need improvement and/or standardization.
• Assignment of actions items stemming from performance data to Sr. Managers and Directors of region.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in managing Technical Operations projects or related cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Airframe and Powerplant License (Optional).
• Aircraft Maintenance Operational Experience.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Ability to work on projects and solutions with minimal to no supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate and lead large groups of employees both verbally and written.
