Overview

Manager - Cardiovascular Services at Providence Medford Medical Center is a 1.0 FTE full-time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.

The Manager of the Heart and Vascular Departments is a leader responsible for the clinical, educational, technical and operational aspects of diagnosing and treating patients with heart and vascular disease. This includes activities in interventional radiology, cardiology, endoscopy and cardiac rehab. The manager facilitates communication between the Medical Staff and Administration to ensure patient needs are best served.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical, educational, technical and operational activities across the Heart and Vascular Departments.

  • Coordinate services in interventional radiology, cardiology, endoscopy and cardiac rehab.

  • Facilitate communication between Medical Staff and Administration to align patient care needs with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nursing, or a healthcare-related field.

  • Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire) or

  • Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board (upon hire) or

  • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from ARDMS (upon hire) or

  • National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (upon hire) or

  • National Certification from ARRT (upon hire)

  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)

  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

  • 1 year of progressive leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree

  • 2 years of management experience
