Lonza is seeking a Manager, Business Transformation to shape site strategy, drive meaningful change, and push for operational excellence. The role partners with the Site Leader to turn priorities into measurable results and leads cross-functional initiatives across the site.

The position targets someone with significant experience in regulated or complex environments, capable of influencing senior leaders and delivering governance and reporting to keep initiatives on track.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Significant experience in a manufacturing, regulated, or complex business environment.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or organizational change efforts.
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and project execution.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.
