Qualifications

The Manager will lead ERP support resources and partner closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant business solutions.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems and business processes.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of the Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud production environment for the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay track (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, SLA, PO, OM, Fusion Tax).* Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure effective coverage across ERP functional areas (R2R, P2P, O2C).* Manage resource planning, capacity, and workload distribution to meet business priorities and SLAs.* Coordinate with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate performance of the production environment supporting Finance and Operations, and support Month-End, Quarter-end, and Year-end Close.* Take ownership of setting up and configuring the Oracle Fusion Cloud application, and participate in testing during system upgrades, Projects, and enhancements.* Lead and manage a team of ERP analysts and support resources, including offshore teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.* Own prioritization and governance of ERP enhancements, balancing business needs, risk, and system performance.* Act as the primary point of contact for Finance and Operations leadership for all ERP-related initiatives, escalations, and strategic discussions* Work closely with the integration team to design, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues in daily operations.
