AbbVie Bioresearch Center Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a Manager of Business Operational Excellence to lead cost-reduction and efficiency improvements on site.
You will guide Lean Six Sigma projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven initiatives to deliver measurable results. The role requires advanced degrees in life sciences or bio/chemical engineering with relevant industry experience and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Education & Experience
Must have a Master’s in bio(chemical) engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs related to drugs, biologics, medical devices or other life sciences‑related discipline and 3 years of experience driving operational improvements within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in the same disciplines and 5 years of experience driving operational improvements in the same industry.
Within either combination, must have completed at least a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. The organization will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Salary Range: $175,282 - $208,500 per year.
