Solenis is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in the Utilities segment for Food & Beverage North American Markets. You will lead sales initiatives, identify untapped opportunities, and expand Solenis’ footprint by building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
The role requires 5+ years in sales or business development in complex B2B environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel 50–75%.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at Solenis as a Business Development Manager! This role will focus on the development of opportunities on the Utilities side of operations for Food & Beverage North American Markets. This team member will pilot the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with Solenis’ growth strategy to expand our market share.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
