Qualifications

The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Finance Technology team:

RTX Finance is on a multi-year journey to enhance its financial systems, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting and optimizing the OneStream application from a user and administrative perspective while spearheading CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) initiatives and other operational enhancements.

What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, digital technology (DT), and project management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Provide user support for the OneStream application, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in the administration of OneStream applications, including managing security groups, workflows, metadata updates, and data integrations.
  • Partner with Finance teams to gather requirements, conduct analyses, and support financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and ongoing education for OneStream users.
  • Lead and participate in CORE activities, including process mapping, waste elimination, and efficiency improvements across financial and administrative processes.
  • Support organizational and administrative initiatives, including documentation, project tracking, and process standardization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with RTX’s digital transformation goals and continuous improvement principles.
  • Stay current with advancements in EPM platforms and industry best practices to drive innovation in financial systems and processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience working with financial reporting, planning, and/or forecasting tools, including a minimum of 3 years with OneStream in a user or administrative capacity.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Familiarity with OneStream's core functionalities, including workflows, dashboards, cube views, and metadata management.
  • Experience supporting OneStream users, including troubleshooting and optimizing application usage for finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with additional experience in other EPM tools considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in CORE principles and methodologies, with experience leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks such as project documentation, process standardization, and organizational tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
