RTX is seeking a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation - SAP GTS to lead the current GTS environment and oversee the S4 HANA transformation within the OneRTX program. You will work in our Enterprise Services Digital Technology team, guiding compliance and customs processes across the business.

The role is remote and requires deep SAP GTS expertise, including Compliance, Customs and classification systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in GTS or SAP processes.
• 3+ years' experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management.
• 3+ years' experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.
• 2+ years' experience with Restricted Party Screening tools.
• 2+ years' experience with Exports and Imports for both Self-filing and Broker-filing.
• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
• Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework through an Agile Release Train.
• Participate in design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinement.
• Collaborate with GTS and ECC teams on configuration and development of system capabilities.
• Assist in creating and executing test scenarios with owners and testers; resolve defects.
• Support migration of changes with hyper care and sustainment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement GTS solutions aligned with RTX practices.
• Provide guidance for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processes.
• Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding system changes.

The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Facilities Team: RTX has an opening for a Manager, Business Systems and Transformation - SAP GTS position. Enterprise Services Application Services is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking individual to be part of our Digital Technology GTS team. This role is critical to the success of our current GTS environment and future-looking S4 HANA transformation supporting the OneRTX vision across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and play a key role supporting the current solution and redefining our GTS environment for the future.

What You Will Do

• Support for current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H solution design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
• Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework via a dedicated Agile Release Train

• Collaborate with an integrated team of GTS and ECC technical and functional team members supporting the configuration and development of system capabilities.
• Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts, working alongside business owners and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
• Support successful migration of changes in the solution by providing hyper care and sustainment support.
• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions leveraging GTS, enhancing our GTS processes in alignment with desired RTX model and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance & direction for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processes.
• Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding change to the system and introduction of new and enhanced functionality.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive through successful completion.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in GTS or SAP processes and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent of related work and schooling in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years' experience working with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality.
• 3+ years' experience working with Jurisdiction and Classification applications
• 2+ years' experience working with Restricted Party Screening tools
• 2+ years' experience working with Exports and Imports for both Self-filing and Broker-filing
• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and reporting and related capabilities.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
