Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the bulk gas sales team and the sale of bulk gases, equipment, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage performance, plant loading, and capital investment to meet region objectives.
  • Ensure safety, contract compliance, and training to meet targets.
  • Develop sales strategies with regional and national management and meet forecasts and EBITDA goals.
  • Coordinate with Field Service, Bulk Engineering, and other resources to achieve targets and timelines.
  • Develop and amend legal contracts and upgrades, driving process improvements across the commercial spectrum.
