This role is responsible for delivering a premier workplace experience by overseeing facility operations, building infrastructure, capital improvements, and day‑to‑day performance across the 11 Wall Street Building.
The Manager of Building Operations ensures a safe, efficient, and hospitality‑driven environment for employees, tenants, and visitors. This position blends technical building expertise with a service‑oriented mindset, leading projects from concept through completion, managing vendor partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to support business operations, events, and occupant satisfaction.
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $90,000 - $130,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
