Nordstrom Inc. seeks a Sales Department Manager to lead store coaching and development, driving outstanding customer service. You will recruit, train, and motivate your team, while building strong customer relationships and aligning with merchant teams to secure desirable merchandise.

Successful candidates have 1+ years in retail management, proven leadership, and a passion for teaching. This role includes performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range Details

$57,000.00 - $91,000.00 Annual

At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
