As the MineStar Hub Manager , you will lead a team supporting multiple autonomous mining operations across the United States from Caterpillar's Phoenix hub, helping customers maximize the value of Command for Hauling technology every day.
This role places you at the center of Caterpillar's autonomous mining network. You will oversee remote operational support, develop high-performing teams, and partner with mine site leaders to drive safety, productivity, and technology adoption across multiple customer accounts. You'll connect customers, Caterpillar product groups, and field teams to ensure autonomous operations perform at their highest level.

You’ll be accountable for delivering exceptional customer support and operational performance across multiple autonomous mining sites. You'll lead a team of autonomy professionals while collaborating with customers, dealers, product groups, and commercial partners to ensure safe, reliable, and productive autonomous operations.
Technical Excellence: Extensive experience supporting autonomous mining systems, MineStar Command for Hauling, fleet management systems, or mining technology solutions.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance day-to-day operational support with long-term business objectives and customer outcomes.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to influence customers, dealers, product groups, and internal stakeholders without direct authority. Demonstrated success leading technical or operational teams across multiple locations and customer accounts.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer success and operational excellence.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate with frontline teams through executive leadership while managing complex and sensitive situations.
Problem Solving: Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges in dynamic environments.
This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
The role supports multiple autonomous mining operations across the United States and will require 25-50% travel to customer mine sites.
