As the MineStar Hub Manager, you will lead a team supporting multiple autonomous mining operations across the United States from Caterpillar's Phoenix hub, helping customers maximize the value of Command for Hauling technology every day. This role places you at the center of Caterpillar's autonomous mining network. You will oversee remote operational support, develop high-performing teams, and partner with mine site leaders to drive safety, productivity, and technology adoption across multiple customer accounts. You'll connect customers, Caterpillar product groups, and field teams to ensure autonomous operations perform at their highest level. $147,760.00 - $221,640.00

This position requires working onsite five days a week. Relocation is available for this position.
