This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple data, analytics, reporting, and operational support teams that enable service delivery excellence. The position focuses on transforming data into actionable business insights, driving operational performance, supporting client objectives, and leading strategic initiatives across reporting, business intelligence, workforce management, and operational analytics functions.
The pay range for this position is $91,100.00 - $130,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
