Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh seeks an experienced Manager, APP Clinical, MyCare365 to lead advanced practice providers and drive operational performance within the MyCare365 program. • Licensed Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife required.
• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant or Nursing required.

Overview

The Manager, APP Clinical, MyCare365 is responsible for operational performance, and appropriate development of their advanced practice providers (NP and PA) within their group/team/division in a triad partnership with the Medical Director and Practice Manager of the respective WSP/WSG group/division. In addition, this manager is responsible for leading their group/team in the development and execution of operational tactics to achieve aspirational goals for the group; including but not limited to-quality, patient experience, clinical outcomes, financial outcomes, new services, regional development, referral development, clinical operations, and medical staff interactions with the group/team. In their leadership role, the individual will work closely with other Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Leaders, physicians, APPs, nursing, administration, recruiting, clinical and financial staff, compliance and marketing. The Mgr, APP Clinical, MyCare365 will also serve in a clinical capacity delivering outstanding quality care to the patients within their assigned division and the WakeMed system.
