Job summary

Codex is seeking a Manager to lead Anaplan Consulting for Finance Transformation across US-wide engagements. You will guide design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization, while remaining technically credible to challenge designs and drive complex Anaplan solutions.

You will mentor Model Builders, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive multi-workstream programs that span budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. This hybrid role requires client leadership and travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Anaplan consulting or delivery.
• Multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations completed.
• Strong FP&A/Finance transformation background and architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan Finance Transformation engagements and major project workstreams.

About the Opportunity

A leading Anaplan partner is expanding its Finance Transformation practice and looking for experienced Anaplan Consulting Managers to lead enterprise planning transformations.

This role combines strong hands‑on Anaplan knowledge with project leadership, solution design, and senior stakeholder management.

You'll take greater ownership of engagements, leading teams and workstreams while remaining technically credible enough to challenge designs and guide the delivery of complex Anaplan solutions.

What You'll Do

Desired Candidate Profile

• Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner highly preferred
• Strong Finance Transformation / FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture and technical best practices
• Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading project teams or major implementation workstreams
• Confident engaging senior and C‑level client stakeholders
• Ability to combine technical depth with strong consulting and communication skills
• Able to work within a hybrid consulting environment
• Comfortable traveling up to 60%
