Job summary

Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team, delivering dashboards, reports, models and data extracts. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement to ensure content accuracy and technical alignment.

You will guide analytics product health, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while enabling reliable, patient-centered data insights across the Revenue Cycle organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

This position is responsible for leading the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products. This position is seen as an accountable lead for analytics products published by the team. The role must effectively delegate but also remain hands-on to a limited degree to ensure close touch with content and technology.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• Upon hire: Epic Certifications.
• 5 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level with experience with report/dashboard delivery, business intelligence, analytics.
• 5 years Project management, change management, facilitation, business transformation, and process improvement methodologies.
• 3 years Revenue Cycle experience.
