Vantage Data Centers seeks a Manager of Adoption & Enablement in NA Operations to lead adoption workstreams across multiple sites, translating complex changes into practical readiness plans, communications, and learning solutions. The Operational Excellence team establishes the systems, governance, and capabilities that enable Vantage to operate at scale across North America with reliability, consistency, and speed. We strengthen the scalability and performance of NA Operations: Solutions Engineering, Design Integration, Mission Critical Operations, and Customer Experience- by partnering with leaders and global functions to execute the Operations Plan of Record, standardize operating models, drive process excellence, enable data-informed decisions, and embed disciplined transformation and continuous improvement. Operational Excellence at Vantage is hands‑on and outcome‑driven. We combine portfolio governance, systems thinking, operational rigor, and human-centered enablement to reduce friction, increase predictability, and accelerate performance. This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. The Manager, Adoption & Enablement, NA Operations supports the successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations. This role helps ensure that new processes, enterprise technologies, AI‑enabled capabilities, operating standards, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and incorporated into daily operations so that initiatives achieve their intended outcomes. Reporting to the Director, Adoption & Enablement, this individual contributor leads adoption and enablement workstreams for assigned initiatives, including large‑scale, multi‑site implementations. The role translates operational changes into practical readiness plans, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, learning solutions, and reinforcement approaches. The Manager works directly with operational leaders, project teams, product and process owners, and site stakeholders to identify adoption barriers, strengthen readiness, and improve execution. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of change management with hands‑on execution. They can independently manage adoption activities across complex initiatives, engage stakeholders across organizational levels and functions, and adapt enablement approaches based on operational needs, implementation progress, and field feedback.

Salary Range: $135,000 -$145,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations) This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
