The Performance Marketing Team drives business growth through targeted campaigns, content distribution, campaign analysis, and compliance monitoring, enhancing Synchrony's brand in a competitive market.

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Ad Operations Team within the Performance Marketing organization aims to deliver operational excellence in digital marketing, supporting omnichannel campaigns through effective trafficking and management. This role, based in Hyderabad, involves managing paid media processes, ensuring flawless campaign execution, and supporting business partners across the enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage ad trafficking tasks, including review, execution, and QA.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaign management and optimization.
  • Monitor ad inventory and budgets to meet campaign goals.
  • Ensure creative assets and trafficking requirements comply with specifications.
  • Maintain internal naming conventions and tracking parameters for campaign analysis.
  • Execute cross-channel trafficking using ad-servers like Google Campaign Manager 360 and Kevel.
  • Implement brand safety measures with DoubleVerify.
  • Conduct QA pre and post-launch to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
  • Address client inquiries and support project initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and process improvements.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in computer science, IT, or related; or 4+ years in marketing in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in ad operations, trafficking, and campaign management tools.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in BFSI sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ad operations landscape, including site tagging, trafficking, ad formats, and brand safety technologies.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (CM360, DV360, GA360, Google Ads, YouTube), Facebook, and verification partners like DoubleVerify, Nielsen, and Comscore.
  • Understanding of digital campaign builds within DSPs, including bidding, tagging, trafficking, and audience management.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in financial services and retail media networks is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with Kevel ad-server and project management tools like MS Project or Workfront.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective in cross-functional teamwork and results-driven mindset.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with API tools like Postman is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree with 2+ years in tech or 4+ years in marketing, with specific experience in ad operations and BFSI sector.

Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
