Job summary

Subway in West Fargo, ND, is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team development. You will ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and efficient service while delivering a consistent brand experience across shifts.

You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, coordinate local marketing, and plan promotions. Full-time or part-time shifts are available with training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Job description

As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes

• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
