The ideal candidate will be able to lead in planning, tracking and running complex projects and project teams in the design and development of innovative long-term business strategies for our clients. Experience in developing and assessing business requirements for portfolio construction, optimization, trading and reporting as well as attribution and risk and assessing vendor platforms to support global business models is required.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years total work experience ideally from an analytically intensive role (i.e. finance, banking, consulting).
• Thorough knowledge of entire front to back office procedures, operations, and systems involved in the trade lifecycle of equity, fixed income and their derivative products.
• Prime Brokerage experience from a managerial perspective, experience with overseeing product trade flows and settlement from a high volume firm.
• Demonstrable analytical proficiency; ability to process large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information; ability to draw creative insights based on independent analysis.
• Extremely motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proven interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a very strong sense of integrity and who works well in stressful situations (infrequent but unavoidable).
• Availability and appetite for business travel is necessary and an immediate start date is preferred.

Location

• This role will be based in New York City. Travel will be required to clients' offices.
