Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Intern for its American Fork, UT location. The paid internship runs 10–12 weeks, 40 hours per week, likely May–August.

You will work alongside seasoned professionals in a team-based setting to develop leadership and business skills from day one. You’ll gain exposure to fleet operations, customer relations, and marketing, while tackling intern projects and competing with peers.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating by May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks (May to August).
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

This role is located at our American Fork utah location and surrounding locations

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum during the window of (May to August)
• Must currently have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
