Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program in Reading, PA. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program develops customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations skills with mentoring and a clear path to leading your own future branch.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Willingness to learn across sales, service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at the branch.
• Learn the business from day one and develop skills in customer service, sales, finance and operations.
• Work toward running your own future branch through the MT program.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 (one) semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
