Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Poughkeepsie or Kingston. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operational work.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, finance and operations, with a clear path to running a branch and advancing in a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in sales/customer service, leadership, or related activities.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be within 1 hour commute to the location within 30 days of start date.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week; must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
