Enterprise Mobility is hiring now for immediate openings in our Management Training program in Manhattan. As an MT, you''ll begin learning our business from day one and rotate through customer service, sales, and operations, aiming to grow into a branch leader who can cultivate new business and guide a team.

You will work at our flagship office at 305 E 80th St, New York, NY 10075, with a structured pathway, mentoring, and a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership roles.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver''s license.
• Must live within a 1-hour commute to the location within 30 days of start.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a branch, develop your team, and cultivate new business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. We'll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. And you'll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
