Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship is a paid summer program designed to build valuable business and leadership skills for college students. From day one, interns work on real projects alongside full-time professionals and are immersed in a team-based environment that promotes learning, growth, and collaboration.

The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, with exposure to management challenges including fleet operations, customer relations, and marketing strategies in a hands-on setting

Qualifications

• Rising Senior status in a college/university for upcoming semester (enrolled full-time)
• Graduation dates: August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028
• Studying Business, Communication, or related field
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Available to commit 10–12 weeks starting May 2027
• Must be 18 years old

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.
This role is located at 3800 PAYNE KOEHLER RD NEW ALBANY, IN 47150 and 1105 EAST HIGHWAY 131 CLARKSVILLE, IN 47129.
This is a Summer 2027 Internship that will run from May 2027 to August 2027.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the up coming semester in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.
• Acceptable graduation dates: August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028
• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May 2027
• Must be 18 years old.
