Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Louisville, KY seeks rising-senior students for a paid Management Internship running May 2027 through August 2027. You’ll engage in fleet management, customer service, and marketing activities in a team-based setting across the Louisville area (ZIPs 40207, 40220, 40299, 40241).

Applicants must be full-time students studying Business or Communications, with a valid driver's license, legal work status in the U.S., and the ability to commit 10–12 weeks starting May 2027.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full time for upcoming semester.
• Graduation dates: December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must commit 10–12 weeks starting May 2027.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet management activities and customer interactions.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and relationships with customers.
• Participate in intern projects and peer-driven competitive activities.
• Learn how Enterprise runs its business from day one.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the up coming semester in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.


• Acceptable graduation dates: December 2027 or May 2028


• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.


• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.


• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.


• Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May 2027.


• Must be 18 years old.
