Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Hershey, PA. You’ll begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with exposure to sales, service, operations, and management responsibilities.

The program includes training, mentoring, and a pathway to leadership inside the company. A bachelor’s degree (or near completion) and authorization to work in the United States are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduation.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and contribute to branch operations.
• Learn to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed and build community relationships.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
