Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Internship for university students in their final semester, graduating December 2026. This paid, part-time role is located in Richmond, CA with a wage of $22 per hour.

Interns will learn to run a business, manage vehicles, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers. You will work 20–25 hours per week for 10–12 weeks, starting in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university in the final semester graduating December 2026.
• Bachelor's degree in your final term.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10–12 week internship commitment.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license.

This role is for students in enrolled their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating December 2026. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
