Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training program in the Cincinnati area. You will start as a MT, learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and serving as both the customer-facing ambassador and the operations expert.

You will be mentored to develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a clear path to manage and grow your own branch. The company emphasizes internal promotion and a supportive training culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating.
• Minimum 6 months experience in at least two of: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership/Management.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Participate in a structured program that leads to running your own branch, developing business and leading a team.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
