Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Brockton, MA. You’ll rotate through sales, customer service, and operations while training to run a branch, with mentoring and growth opportunities.

As a MT you’ll represent Enterprise to customers and partners, develop your team, and learn how to grow the business, all while pursuing a defined career path with promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of experience in sales or customer service within the last 5 years.
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter a Management Training Program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn and master operations, sales, and community development.
• Develop skills to eventually run a branch and lead a team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must currently have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
