Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program at 801 Putney Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one and work out of a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to eventually run your own branch, develop your team, and cultivate new business. A strong career path and internal promotion culture define our culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a 1-hour commute of Brattleboro, VT.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Average of 46 hours per week and must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Enter MT program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and support operations.
• Progress through the structured program to eventually manage a branch and develop a team.
• Engage with customers to deliver service excellence and promote growth.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
