Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training position in Visalia, CA. You will train from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The program leads toward running a branch, growing business and building a team.

Expect mentoring and hands-on learning in customer service, sales, finance and operations, with a culture focused on promoting from within and career progression.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• This position requires a valid CA Drivers license.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while becoming the operations expert.
• Graduate from the program ready to run a branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
