Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to launch your career. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management to build leadership and operations knowledge.

Working with experienced managers, you’ll develop customer relationships, analyze sales data, and participate in projects that support sales management and efficiency. This program emphasizes growth and leadership opportunities within Cintas.

Qualifications

  • Must meet DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+, DOT medical certification, prior employment documentation.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Skills / Qualifications
Required
  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
    • Have an active driver’s license
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Obtain a DOT medical certification
    • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
Preferred
  • Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
  • A business or otherwise related academic major.
  • A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $73,200 per year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
