Duties

• Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and resources
• Support the management team in analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement
• Assist in the training and development of new employees
• Support the management team in the development and implementation of quality control measures
• Assist in the management of supplier relationships and negotiations
• Support the management team in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in the management of inventory and supply chain logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus
