Cintas Corporation invites motivated candidates for a Management Trainee program in Portland. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management roles to build leadership capabilities and hands-on experience, preparing you for progression within the company.

Qualified applicants should be completing a Bachelor's degree within six months, have a valid driver’s license with DOT-required certifications, and be willing to relocate regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required, DOT medical certification and eligibility to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership perspectives across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and improve performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT)for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Productionor Administrative role
• A business or otherwise related academic major
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities

Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
