A base salary around $73,200 per year is provided with comprehensive benefits; relocation flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $73,200/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
