Penske Automotive Group is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join a comprehensive Management Training program in the United States. The 18-month program provides hands-on experience across all dealership departments to fast-track your automotive career.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or are in college (junior/senior), with internship or customer-facing experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive, reliable work ethic.
