Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Anne Arundel County, MD. You’ll begin by learning the business from day one in a neighborhood branch, covering sales, service, and operations while developing leadership skills.

As an MT, you’ll represent Enterprise to customers and partners, receive mentoring, and work toward eventually running your own branch, building a network and a strong team. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years: sales, customer service, leadership, athletics.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the structured program, work toward running your own branch, cultivating new business and developing your team.

• Competitive Compensation -The targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,300 based on an average 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $22.39, plus overtime, with opportunity to earn up to $58,000 based on hours worked, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have a minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years:
• Sales - commission sales strongly preferred or with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a service industry (i.e.- retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
• Leadership role in the military or clubs/organizations
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or college team.
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Must have a valid driver's US license for one year
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must live in or be moving to Anne Arundel County within 30 days
