Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You will start in a neighborhood branch and learn how to lead in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations. This paid program offers mentoring and a clear path to a branch management role.

You’ll complete training while building relationships in the community, with opportunities for growth, promotions, and internal mobility across the Enterprise Rent-A-Car brands.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise Mobility business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage daily operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
